Precision. Alignment. Resilience. Awareness. Mastery.

Yoga sessions - engineered for healthy longevity.

Hi, I am Param

Almost two decades ago, I walked into a hot yoga class at a studio in the Canadian westcoast. The physical adversity helped me tap into a reservoir of peace and perseverance that I didn't know existed. That was a turning point in my life.

Now I help people cultivate their mental calm and physical strength with the help of authentic yoga, breath-work and sound.

Trained in Rishikesh, India and Vancouver, Canada - from more than two dozen world-class teachers over a span of nearly twenty years, I offer you my 10,000+ hours of yoga learnings.

In Sanskrit, "Param" symbolizes ultimate, transcendence.

I have created a stress reducing and flexibility+strength enhancing system using carefully selected yoga poses (asanas), breath-work (pranayama) and sound vibrations (spanda). With a focus on precise alignment cues, I help my yoga students master inner-body awareness and resilience. The end goal of PARAMethod is to help you cultivate the habits for a healthy and long life.

📸 Smile (or Hide) in Style

  • Say cheese: We love sharing our community's energy online!

  • The "No Photo" Zone: Not feeling the camera today? No worries at all - just roll out your mat on one side of the teaching space that the organizers will designate before the class.

  • Camera-free peace: Our photographer will do their best to completely skip that designated section. If your beautiful face accidentally wanders into a frame, don't sweat it - we will completely edit, blur or crop you out before anything goes live!

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day. I, the event/class registrant, understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.

Those under 18 years of age must bring a note signed and dated by a parent or guardian giving them permission to attend the yoga event/class and confirming their understanding of this liability waiver.
